We all need some motivation and below are some of my favorites. I cannot tell you how many times I thought about working out, dismissed it, sat down at the computer and saw a motivational quote or a picture (sighed out loud), grabbed my shoes and headed out the door for my workout! Motivation is powerful! Find what motivates you (a mantra, a friend or family member, a motivation binder)!

    I read in a recent health magazine to say “I don’t” vs. “I can’t” eat that – it really changes the way the mind/body reacts, it’s empowering. Just a little tid-bit I thought was interesting and have recently started to do.
